Situation in Cadre Restructuring of Gr - C Cadre - Circlewise implementation or Division Wise implementation

1. GP 2800,4200,4600 and 4800 are designated as Cadres like LSG(Single and Double handed SPMs),HSG II(Triple Handed SPMs/APMs),HSG I(HPM),HSG I (NF basis)
2. It is percepted that OAs/Sys admn/MEs/Trainers are PAs with 5 yrs service above and below 10 yrs i.e ( GP 2400 with + 5yrs and below GP 2800) if any Specified GP is not Proposed for OAs/Sys admn/MEs/Trainers
3. System administrator,ME,Trainer are not actual cadres.They have to join as PAs,LSG(Single and Double handed SPMs),HSG II(Triple Handed SPMs/APMs),HSG I(HPM),HSG I (NF basis) as per their GP.if any Specified GP is not Proposed
4. Regarding CPC Chennai,DMCC Chennai,CEPT etc.They have to join as PAs,LSG(Single and Double handed SPMs),HSG II(Triple Handed SPMs/APMs),HSG I(HPM),HSG I (NF basis) as per their GP.if any Specified GP is not Proposed

MOST URGENT : LATEST NEWS ABOUT ENHANCEMENT OF BONUS CEILING FOR GDS

Enhancement of ceiling of bonus order issued to our Departmental employees on 02.09.2016. On 03.09.2016 our NUGDS General Secretary sent letter to the Department of post to extent the enhancement of ceiling of bonus to GDS employees. There was no response from Department. On 15.09.2016 our Federation sent a letter to the Secretary demanding enhancement of ceiling of bonus to GDS. On 16.09.2016 Postal JCA sent letter to the Secretary on the same.

Meanwhile some of the colleagues post the news in their web site on 15.09.2016 stating that the enhancement of ceiling of bonus to GDS “File has been sent to JS&FA and after approval from him will be sent to Finance Ministry for sanction”.

again now they are saying the file is referred to GDS committee, what happened in between 15.09.2016 to 23.09.2016 we do not know. Now they are announcing dharna programme , We don’t want comment more on this issue now.

FNPO representatives will meet concerned officers next week. Till such time we don’t want announce any agitation programme . GDS colleagues are requested to understand the situation. FNPO will not aggravate any issues under any circumstances, at the same time we will not compromise core issue at any cost.

Submission of Memorandum by SBCO Union on Pending resolution passed in Central working committee meeting held at M.P

ATTENTION

Dear Comrades,

I would like to apprise you that the resolutions passed by Honourable House in the Central Working Committee Meeting after lengthy discussion at Ujjain (M.P.) have since been submitted to the Secretary Department of Posts for settlement / redressal but as per trend going on towards SBCO staff there is least possibility for positive response.

In these anticipated prevailing circumstances you would have to observe an important action of programmes for survival of SBCO.

So please be ready in this context.

Direct Recruit Inspector Posts position from 2013 to 2016

During the course of Biennial Circle Conference of Maharashtra Circle Branch it was brought to the notice of GS that there is acute shortage of Inspector Posts in few Regions of Maharashtra circle and therefore available Inspector Posts are holding dual charge of Sub Divisions for months/years together. Few members also told that ASPs are forcibly asked to hold the additional charge of vacant Sub Division of Inspector Posts. This situation may be in other circle.

All are aware that Directorate has already issued following number of candidates allotment under Direct Recruit Inspector Posts quota (33.33%) to all Circles with a direction to complete the pre-appointment formalities and give them required field, induction training and appointment. It has also brought to the notice of CHQ that, many allotters either not responded to the notices issued by circles or quit the service within the short period of joining. It means that there are number of unfilled vacancies are still available in the Direct Recruit Inspector Posts quota.

The year wise allotment and present status in recruitment is as under:

Year 2013 : 122 candidates allotted to circles. Recruitment process said to be completed.
Year 2014 : 102 candidates allotted to circles. In few circle recruitment process is yet to complete.
Year 2015 : 67 candidates recently allotted to circles. Process of pre-appointment formalities is yet to start in all circles.
Year 2016 : 92 vacancies reported to SSC by Directorate. Circle wise vacancy position is as under:

Please refer to this office Part I office order No. AT/02 circulated vide No. Pay/Tech 01 /7th CPC I dated 11.08.2016 through which a copy of CGDA New Delhi No. AT/II/2701/0rders dated 10 Aug, 2016 has been forwarded for necessary action.

2. It has been stated therein to ensure completion of post audit of fixation of pay/arrear claims within 3 months and the work relating to post audit should be monitored at PCsDA/CsDA level by instituting suitable reporting system for watching the progress of work. A Monthly Report in this regard in a format prescribed therein is required to be furnished to Headquarters office so as to reach by 15th of every month. The first report showing the position as on 31.08.2016 was due to reach HQrs office by 15th Sep, 2016. Kindly confirm its timely submission to HQrs office. Also please forward a copy of the said report to this office for our record & reference.

3. Please ensure submission of the report for the subsequent months within scheduled date with a copy endorsed to this office.
