Development in our Contempt Petition regarding upgradation of Grade Pay of Inspector Posts w.e.f 01.01.2006
Dear friends,
As ascertained from our counsel, our Contempt Petition bearing No.C.P/180/137/2016 filed before Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam Bench in OA No. 289/2013 regarding upgradation of Grade Pay of Inspector Posts w.e.f 01.01.2006, was listed on 07.11.2016.
Since, reply has still not been filed by the Secretary, DoE, Ministry of Finance, further Two weeks time has been granted for filing the reply.

Even after running the postman 1,2,3 exls in MM 7.9.6 , the below attached error occurring while login into postman module.
Solution :
Kindly take backup of postman and ecounter database and run the attached script.
Booking of BNPL/Advance payment articles on 09.11.2016
Consequent on the instructions of Govt. of India with regard to exchange of currencies of Rs. 500/- & Rs. 1000/- denomination, the Secretary (Posts) has ordered to close all the post offices including all the BOs for all kind of financial transactions on 09/11/2016 (9th November 2016).Delivery of mail can be carried out where no financial transactions are involved. Delivery of COD articles and payment of Money Orders will not be done.
Non COD articles (Speed Post/Express Parcel/Business Parcel) can be booked today under BNPL/Advance. Booking of COD articles may be suspended today as it will cause unnecessary issues in receiving the COD amount when taken for delivery tomorrow.
This may be brought to the notice of all concerned immediately.
